Create detailed design drawings and technical packs for development and production

Ensure solid understanding and application of materials, trims, construction techniques, and manufacturability
Support design reviews, sampling feedback, and final approvals

Work Experience
3 5 years of experience in handbag, leather bags, or accessories design
Strong trend research, storytelling, and concept development skills
Experience in designing and executing seasonal collections




Proficiency in tech pack creation and design documentation
Robust understanding of materials, trims, and bag construction.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial and manufacturing requirements
Effective team player with an ability to collaborate across functions
Dependable, accountable, and committed to timelines and deliverables
