• Leadership: Participating in departmental and university committees, contributing to academic administration,



and taking leadership roles in accreditation or special projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education: A Ph. D. in Sociology/ Social Work or a closely related social science field. Experience: Fresher to 8+ years of experience in teaching or research, typically following a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. Record of Excellence: A proven track record of published research and teaching excellence.
