Job Title: Telecaller Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Construction / Residential Projects Job Summary: We are hiring a Telecaller with 1–3 years of experience to generate leads and support sales for residential construction projects. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain company services, qualify leads, schedule site visits, maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain residential construction services and projects. Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits. Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly. Follow up with leads and support sales conversions. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM. Kannada and English are mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage. Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
