Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, in office position located in Jaipur.

The Assistant

Manager will support daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing customer service, handling escalations, supporting sales targets, and monitoring visual merchandising and stock presentation. The role involves coordinating inventory management activities such as stock checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control,



as well as assisting with store audits and reporting.

The Assistant

Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager on initiatives to improve store performance, employee engagement, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications Experience in retail operations, including store supervision, team coordination, and basic inventory management.

Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive in-store experience.

Sales and merchandising awareness, with familiarity in working toward targets and supporting promotional activities.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Basic analytical and reporting skills to track store performance metrics, prepare reports, and support decision-making.

Prior experience in consumer retail, electronics, or related sectors is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.

Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
