We're Hiring: Associate, Partnerships & Operations

Location: Banashankari 6th Stage, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Ikshana is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Associate, Partnerships & Operations to join our team.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the team to help build strategic partnerships, streamline operations, and support the growth of our professional education initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential partners, trainers, institutions, and industry professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Coordinate partnership onboarding and support collaboration initiatives.
Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of programs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless experience.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and operational records.
Assist in planning webinars, skilled learning events, and other strategic initiatives.




Support business growth through process improvements and execution.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in Partnerships, Operations, Business Development, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
