Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant who can drive the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable AI-ready data platforms. The role requires robust expertise in AWS Redshift, Databricks, LangGraph/LangChain, Vector Databases, Data Engineering & Metadata Management

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-enabled data and analytics platforms.
Define enterprise architecture using Databricks, AWS Redshift, PGVector, APIs, and GenAI frameworks.
Databricks & Lakehouse Implementation
Design and implement data lakehouse solutions using Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, and Unity Catalog.
Optimize Spark jobs, notebooks, workflows, and data processing pipelines.
AWS Redshift & Data Platform Engineering
Work with AWS Redshift as a trusted structured data source.
Design data models, analytical layers, and performance-optimized SQL queries.
GenAI, RAG & Semantic Search Enablement
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architecture for enterprise analytics use cases.




Work with LangGraph/LangChain for intent classification, orchestration, validation, and Text-to-SQL use cases.
Lead the development of APIs for audit tracking, metadata retrieval, data access, and analytical services.
Integrate multiple enterprise data sources with AI and analytics platforms.

Mandatory Experience
9+ years of overall IT experience & Strong hands-on experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms.
Minimum 3+ years of experience with Databricks or Spark-based platforms.
Solid working knowledge of AWS Redshift and SQL-based analytics.Experience in GenAI/RAG, Vector Search, or AI-powered analytics.
Positive to Have Certifications
Databricks Certified Data Engineer / Databricks Solution Architect
AWS Certified Data Engineer / AWS Solution Architect
