Position: Business Development Executive

Outbound Sales & Prospecting
Identify and connect with HR, L&D;, and business leaders across organizations.
Execute cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Generate and qualify high-potential leads.

Pipeline Development & Sales Execution
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements.
Coordinate product demonstrations and solution discussions.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Build long-term relationships with potential clients.

CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
Track activities, conversions, and pipeline status.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility & Requirements




0–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with robust intent are encouraged to apply).
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Interest in B2B/Enterprise Sales.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient.

Location Requirement
This is an in office role based in Bengaluru (Kengeri).
Candidates should currently be based in Bengaluru.

CTC will be based on candidate interview performance.
