Schedule Development: Create routine maintenance schedules and task lists based on equipment criticality, usage, and manufacturer guidelines.
Condition Monitoring: Implement predictive maintenance techniques using vibration analysis, thermography to catch equipment wear and tear before failures occur
System Optimization: Regularly service and inspect mechanical components (e.g., pumps, motors, gearboxes, Drayers) to maximize lifespan and efficiency.
Breakdown Management: Rapidly diagnose the root cause of mechanical failures and equipment malfunctions.
Repair Execution: Lead or assist in the repair, replacement, or overhaul of defective parts, ensuring all work meets rigorous quality and safety specifications.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate chronic equipment failures determine and eliminate the underlying causes by using TPM tools.
Equipment Upgrades: Recommend machinery modifications/ changes to improve equipment performance and prevent recurring issues.
Process Initiatives: Apply continuous improvement methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)



to eliminate waste and boost overall productivity
Safety Protocols: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO certifications, or local regulatory requirements).
Audits and Risk: Conduct regular safety audits, create Risk Assessments, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance tasks.
Documentation: Log all maintenance operations, repairs, and machine performance.
Inventory Management: Order and track spare parts, consumables, and tools to maintain optimal inventory levels without overspending.
Budgeting: Manage maintenance budgets, and coordinate with external contractors or vendors for specialized equipment repairs
