Position: Laser Marking Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Laser Marking Operator to operate and maintain laser marking machines for precision marking, engraving, and identification of components. The ideal candidate should have experience in laser marking operations and must be proficient in AutoCAD and EZCAD software for creating and editing marking layouts.

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate must have knowledge and working experience on AutoCAD and EZCAD
Operate laser marking machines for engraving, marking, and labeling various materials and components.
Create, modify, and prepare marking designs using AutoCAD and EZCAD software.
Set up laser parameters such as power, speed, frequency, and focus for different materials.
Load and position components accurately for marking operations.
Perform quality checks to ensure markings meet required specifications and standards.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate maintenance when required.




Maintain proper documentation of production activities and inspection results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience operating laser marking machines.
Solid knowledge of EZCAD laser marking software.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD for design creation and editing.
Ability to understand technical drawings and measurements.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of different materials and laser marking parameters.

Education & Experience:
Graduation in any discipline is required.
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in laser marking, CNC, manufacturing, or precision engineering industries preferred.
Experience with fiber laser, CO₂ laser, or UV laser marking systems.
