Role Description This is a full time, in office Barista role based in Bengaluru. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages according to Bean Song Coffee’s recipes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation and seating area.

The role also involves basic food preparation for accompanying snacks, monitoring product quality,



restocking supplies, and following safety and hygiene guidelines. The Barista will contribute to a positive, friendly environment where guests feel welcome to relax, connect, and enjoy coffee.

Qualifications

Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service, Interpersonal Skills, and clear Communication.

Hands-on Barista skills, including coffee brewing, espresso extraction, and beverage presentation.

Food Preparation skills, with attention to hygiene, safety, and consistency of items served.

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, manage peak-hour pressure, and multitask effectively.

Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic math skills for handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.

Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
