Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
Schedule meetings and follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
