Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Acquisition: Register recent retail chemists, distributors, and stockists onto the Pharmarack platform.
Relationship Management: Maintain continuous engagement with existing channel partners to drive high app engagement and daily transaction volumes.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for merchant acquisition and active platform usage.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with product, customer success, and operations teams to solve partner issues and streamline workflows.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience (healthcare or pharma tech background preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA or B.Pharm is an added advantage).
Skills: Robust local market knowledge, aggressive target orientation, excellent communication, and basic CRM navigation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
