Key Responsibilities:

Identifypotential customers and enroll them as Club Deltin members based on theguidelines provided by the company.

Maintainfruitful and cordial relationship with existing customers. Attending andcoordinating their requirements and making sure their visit / stay is pleasantand memorable.

Networking,identifying and qualifying recent customers based on companys business model andguidelines.

Obtaincontact information of potential customers through existing customers,referrals, contacts etc.

Initiateand build relationships with potential customers through phone, marketingmailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.

Maintaina database of potential customers contact numbers and emails.

Workclosely with gaming & loyalty teams to deliver business services with highlevel of customer satisfaction.

Assistin achieving targeted revenues from current and current customers.

Attendingtrainings, conferences, meetings and business related events.

Qualifications and Requirements:





High School Diploma orequivalent.

Min 1 year of relevantexperience.

Excellent communicationskills, including the ability to speak and write persuasively and clearly. Theymust be able to communicate with a wide range of people, including potentialclients, colleagues, and superiors.

Must be able to analyzemarket trends and identify prospects for growth.

Must be able to buildand maintain relationships with potential clients, colleagues, and otherstakeholders.

Must be able to identifyopportunities for growth and take action to pursue them.

Must be comfortableusing technology and software to gather and analyze data, create presentationsand proposals, and communicate with others.
