Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is excited about driving growth, building client relationships, and making real impact in the industrial tech space.
Identify and connect with manufacturing leaders to drive awareness and adoption of digital solutions
Promote our consulting and SaaS offerings through targeted outreach, events, and digital campaigns
Generate qualified leads, create proposals, and close deals that deliver value
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that solve real factory problems
Represent digiXLT at industry events, webinars, and digital channels
Gather market insights and customer feedback to shape our growth strategy

Preferred candidate profile




1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing and business development
Solid communication and relationship-building skills, especially with CXOs and plant heads
Engineering background (mandatory); MBA is a plus
Exposure to digital technologies (IoT, AI, Analytics) and/or manufacturing processes is desirable
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Passionate about tech, growth, and solving industrial challenges
