Manage daily bar operations, ensuring productive service to guests and maintaining high standards of quality.
Supervise a team of bartenders, providing guidance on mixology techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service.
Develop current cocktail recipes using up-to-date techniques such as fat washing, clarification, infusion, rotavap, zero proof etc.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective execution of events and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
