Generate recent business for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing.
Identify and develop recent clients across India.
Handle customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and other online platforms.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, Packaging, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for smooth order execution.
Follow up for advance payments and outstanding dues.
Maintain daily sales records, customer database, and follow-up reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Keep updated with pharmaceutical market trends and competitor activities.
Provide excellent after-sales support and timely order updates to clients.
