Job Title: Business Development Associate – EV Scooter Company

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to expand our EV scooter dealership network. The ideal candidate will identify and onboard new dealers, build robust business relationships, and drive sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current dealers for the EV scooter business.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing dealers.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and potential markets.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and industry contacts.
Present dealership business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly dealer acquisition targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for dealer onboarding, training, and support.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.




Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet business goals.

Required Skills
Strong business development and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to build long-term dealer relationships.
Good understanding of the automobile or EV industry.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in Automobile, EV, or Dealer Network Development is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in dealership expansion, channel sales, or business development within the automobile or EV industry.
Proven track record of achieving dealer acquisition and sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
