Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive guest relationships.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment to company standards.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
Maintain beverage consistency and presentation.
Assist with stock replenishment and daily café operations.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality industry (Freshers with a passion for coffee are encouraged to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Willingness to learn and grow in the specialty coffee industry.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
