Role Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a full-time, on-site role in Indore . The role involves identifying current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, reaching out to business owners, presenting MyRefrence's AI and software solutions, scheduling meetings, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will work closely with the founders to expand our client base and drive business growth.

Compensation

This is a performance-based, commission-only opportunity .
20–25% commission on every successfully closed project.

Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Ability to generate leads and build client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic understanding of AI, software, websites, or digital solutions is an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
