Job Title: Branch Operations Supervisor (BOS)

Job Summary A leading Jewelry Retail Organization is hiring an experienced Branch Operations Supervisor (BOS) to oversee store commercial operations, financial controls, billing accuracy, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of process integrity and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Manage billing, cash, card, UPI, bank, and credit transactions with accurate daily reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze commercial MIS reports using advanced MS Excel.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and statutory requirements.
Monitor discounts, approvals, and high-value transactions.
Supervise and mentor the commercial/cashier team.
Resolve billing and operational issues while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with store leadership, finance, and audit teams.

Requirements
Graduate in Commerce,



Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
5–10 years of retail commercial operations experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Prior experience in Jewelry Retail or other high-value retail formats preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail accounting software.
Robust analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
