Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our Mangaluru headquarters. You will be responsible for managing high-volume B2B billing, ensuring strict tax compliance, and maintaining seamless financial records across our regional branches.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and process accurate B2B invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills for wholesale hardware orders.

Ensure all billing and invoicing is 100% compliant with current GST regulations.

Maintain and reconcile ledgers for corporate accounts and system integrator partners.





Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams across our Mangaluru, Udupi, and Mysuru branches to verify stock pricing, serial numbers, and dispatch details.

Track pending payments, follow up on accounts receivable, and generate daily sales reports for management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or inventory accounting (preferably in wholesale, distribution, or hardware).

Solid, hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime) and Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of GST rules, e-invoicing, and tax slabs for electronics/IT hardware.

High attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume numeric data entry without errors.
