Job Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, measurements, and quantity verification for infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, BOQ verification, and ensuring accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills as per project progress.
Measure work executed at the project site and verify quantities.
Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
Review BOQs, rate analysis, and contract documents.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients regarding billing activities.
Maintain billing records, project documentation, and payment status.
Track project quantities, variations, and cost estimates.
Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.
Ensure timely submission of bills and supporting documents.
Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project progress.





Requirements
B.E./B.Tech (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or any relevant qualification.
3–5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in infrastructure or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, RA Bills, quantity surveying, and billing procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.
Valuable understanding of construction drawings and contract documentation.
Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
