Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Key Responsibilities
Generate business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Search for relevant projects and submit winning proposals.
Communicate with international clients.
Understand client requirements and convert leads into projects.
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
Coordinate with the technical team for project execution.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or IT business development.
Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Business Development Executive (Sales)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Based on Interview)

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Present the company's IT services and solutions.




Follow up with leads and close sales opportunities.
Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.
