Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
Schedule introductory meetings between prospective clients and our senior business team.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Understand client hiring requirements and communicate our recruitment services effectively.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Update CRM and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Work towards weekly and monthly meeting generation targets.
Who Should Apply?
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
Confident personality with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with CXOs, HRs, and business owners.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
Passionate about Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment.
