We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for our eCommerce and digital business solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable eCommerce and digital solutions.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends,
competitor activities, and industry developments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
03 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or e-commerce is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
