About the Role

MedSankalp Education is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join our growing team. You will work closely with our admissions and counselling team, interacting with NEET aspirants and parents, following up on qualified leads, and supporting the student admission journey. No lead generation required.

Qualified leads will be provided by the company. Join MedSankalp Education as a Business Development Intern and gain real-world experience in the rapid-growing medical education industry.

Location: Serampore, Hooghly , West Bengal Responsibilities

Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Follow up with company-provided leads and maintain regular communication.

Schedule counselling sessions with senior counsellors.

Update CRM and maintain accurate lead records.

Understand student requirements and provide initial guidance.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets. Requirements

Pursuing or completed Graduation (Any Stream).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking with parents and students over phone.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
