We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Architect to lead and enhance our automation testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing automation frameworks, optimizing the testing process, and ensuring the successful integration of automated testing into our software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, and DevOps) to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functionality, performance, and scalability.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to automation testers.
Monitor test results, optimize automation tests, and identify performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of experience in automation testing.
Solid experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript.
Expertise in integrating automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
