Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Manage cash handling duties by processing cash transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers at shift end




Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality standards are met for all menu items
Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking seamlessly

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for coffee culture is essential
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in a café or food industry setting
Ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in beverage service, serving drinks efficiently and professionally
