We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1+ years of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. This role focuses on identifying recent business prospects, reaching out to potential clients globally, and bringing in high-value projects that support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate new business leads.

● Identify and connect with potential clients in both domestic and international markets.

● Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and clients.

● Present company services, products, and solutions to potential customers.

● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

● Conduct product demos and solution presentations when required.

● Work towards closing high-value or profitable projects.

● Maintain and update sales pipelines and lead data using CRM tools.





● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and onboarding.

● CRM Tools: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce

● LinkedIn Sales Navigator

● Email Outreach Tools: Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly

Required Skills

● Strong B2B sales and business development experience.

● Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients.

● Experience with SaaS or software services sales.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

● Ability to conduct product demos and solution presentations.

Preferred Skills

● Experience selling AI, automation, or cloud-based solutions.

● Understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.

● Experience working with international clients.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
