Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business prospects through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop business strategies.




Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
