– Billing Engineer Position: Billing Engineer Experience: 5–15 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering Location: Kolkata - Head Office Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit Client RA Bills and Final Bills. Process and verify Contractor RA Bills and Final Bills. Verify quantities, BOQ, and measurement sheets.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for bill certification and payment follow-up. Prepare quantity reconciliation, variation statements, and billing MIS reports. Ensure compliance with contract terms and maintain billing documentation.

Support project cash flow through timely billing and payment realization.

Requirements: 5–15 years of experience in Railway & Metro Railway Projects . Hands-on experience in Client Billing and Contractor Billing . Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity reconciliation, RA Bills, and Final Bills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (Farvision preferred). Valuable communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
