Established on October 1st, 2012, we operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Aurangabad, serving both domestic and international markets. Our extensive product portfolio includes over 2,000 sizes across industrial and automotive segments.

Summary- We are seeking a agile Market Sales Representative to drive regional growth by aggressively expanding our dealer network. The core responsibilities include actively identifying and appointing new channel partners while simultaneously collaborating with existing dealers to boost secondary sales. This position is ideal for a proactive sales "hunter" with a talent for building solid partnerships and a proven track record in achieving targets within a channel-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities- · Secondary Sales & Dealer Support: Partner with existing dealers to drive secondary sales through joint market activities, product training, and on-ground support.





· Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for secondary sales by developing and executing a strategic territory plan.

· New account hunting: Identify and target Retailers and Mechanics for secondary sales / direct supply

· Market Intelligence: Gather and report critical market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends to inform company strategy.

· Operational Excellence: Support Distributors and Dealers with demand planning by gathering inputs from the existing dealers. Qualification-

Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales / secondary sales, dealer development, preferably in the Automotive Parts or similar industry.

Location: Based out of the required location.

Language: Proficient in English and the local regional language Kannada .
