Role Description The Business Development Manager at The Fine Interiors is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business prospects, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets.

Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and pricing, and coordinating with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated. The role also involves monitoring market trends,



contributing to sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and representing the company at industry events and networking activities.

Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic planning.
Experience preparing proposals, commercial offers, and basic contracts, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is beneficial.
Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Previous experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or related design-led industries is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
