Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities across academic institutions and industry partners, conducting market research to understand evolving needs, and generating qualified leads for Next Chapter Skills’ training and innovation programs.





Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with market demand, tracking business development activities in CRM or similar tools, and contributing to proposals and partnership documentation.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and follow-up to convert interest into prospects.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitor activities, and institutional requirements.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse partners and internal teams.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in edtech, training, or technology services is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru South, manage multiple initiatives, and use standard productivity and CRM tools effectively.
