Role & responsibilities
Prepare and process subcontractor RA bills and final bills.
Verify executed quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
Coordinate with site engineers for joint measurement and work verification.
Check bills as per work orders, contract rates, and approved variations.
Prepare measurement sheets, abstracts, and billing summaries.
Reconcile quantities, materials, advances, recoveries, and retention amounts.
Process extra items, deviation statements, and rate analysis for non-BOQ work.
Maintain billing registers, work order records, and supporting documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and contract conditions.
Experience in subcontractor billing and client billing.
Understanding of RA Bills, Final Bills, MB (Measurement Book), and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
B.E./B.Tech Civil
5+ years of experience in Metro Rail projects (Mandatory)
