Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Billing Engineer.

The Billing

Engineer will manage billing systems, prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), perform rate analysis, and conduct quantity surveying.



They will ensure accurate project billing, reconciliation of quantities, and support internal teams with project documentation and payment scheduling. The role entails significant collaboration with project managers and site engineers to maintain financial accuracy and compliance in billing practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Rate Analysis

Robust Quantity Surveying and Billing Systems expertise

Excellent Analytical Skills for cost estimation and reconciliation

Valuable understanding of project documentation and financial planning

Relevant experience in civil engineering or geotechnical projects

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Working knowledge of billing software and tools

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in Diaphragm wall or Piling projects
