We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Railway Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, measurement verification, subcontractor billing, and coordination with project teams. The candidate should be capable of ensuring accurate cost control and timely execution of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity estimates based on approved drawings and project specifications.
Verify measurements for earthwork, track works, bridges, station buildings, drainage, and other railway infrastructure.
Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Execute client billing (RA Bills) and subcontractor billing.
Maintain measurement books (MB) and billing records.
Track project quantities, variations, and additional works.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for quantity reconciliation.
Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for additional and variation works.
Monitor project costs and support budget control activities.
Ensure compliance with contract conditions and project specifications.
Assist in preparing progress reports, billing schedules, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, and execution teams for material reconciliation.

Willingness to travel or relocate within Maharashtra or Karnataka.
