We are hiring a Concrete Batching Plant Operator to operate and monitor the concrete batching plant. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality concrete as per approved mix designs, ensuring smooth plant operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant.
Prepare concrete batches according to approved mix designs.
Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
Monitor production and maintain daily production records.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of plant equipment.
Coordinate with production, quality control, and dispatch teams.
Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work setting.
Education & Qualifications
Minimum 10th Pass or 12th Pass.
ITI (Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter) or Diploma holders will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
Experience
3–5 years of experience as a Concrete Batching Plant Operator.
Experience in RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) or concrete batching plant operations is preferred.
Candidates with hands-on experience in automated batching systems will be given preference.
Required Skills
Knowledge of concrete batching plant operations.
Understanding of concrete mix designs and quality control.
Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Solid attention to safety and operational procedures.
