We're Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: NX ONE, Techzone-4, Greater Noida West

Bluvo Digital is not building another conventional digital marketing agency.

We are building a responsible growth company with the ambition to become one of India's most trusted names in performance marketing, SEO, creative, technology, and digital growth.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who wants to be part of that journey from an early stage.

This role is not limited to making calls or sending generic messages. You will play a direct role in bringing the right businesses to Bluvo, building relationships with decision-makers, understanding their growth challenges, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What you will own
Identify and reach out to high-potential businesses
Build relationships with founders, marketing leaders, and decision-makers
Generate opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and networking
Understand business challenges and recommend relevant digital marketing solutions
Manage the complete sales process, from initial conversation to closure
Maintain a solid and disciplined sales pipeline




Work closely with the founder and strategy team on pitches and proposals
Help Bluvo strengthen its presence across Delhi NCR and beyond

Who we are looking for
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development
Digital marketing agency experience is strongly preferred
Strong communication and business understanding
Confidence in speaking with founders and senior stakeholders
Ability to follow up consistently and close conversations professionally
High ownership, discipline, and hunger to grow
Someone who wants to build, not just complete assigned tasks
