Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Billing Engineers with a robust background in building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project billing, quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and contractor/client billing while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify client and contractor bills.
Perform quantity estimation from drawings and site measurements.
Prepare and maintain BOQs and billing records.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for work measurements.
Reconcile quantities and certify executed work.
Track project progress and ensure timely billing submissions.
Maintain billing documentation and support project cost control.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4–8 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in building construction projects.
Solid knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and contractor/client billing.
Ability to read civil drawings and prepare measurements accurately.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial building projects.

Note: Experience in building construction projects is mandatory. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
