Bartender Position in Viman Nagar

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team in Viman Nagar. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating welcoming experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
Engage with customers to take orders and ensure a pleasant experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Mix ingredients according to recipes or customer preferences.
Provide recommendations based on guests' tastes and preferences.
Manage inventory and monitor the supply of alcohol and ingredients.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Prepare garnishes and glassware to enhance drink presentation.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Assist in training new bartenders and staff on bar procedures.
Participate in special events and promotions as necessary.




Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes.
Robust customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including nights and weekends.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn.
Knowledge of local laws regarding alcohol service and safety.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and boxes.

Salary - 13,000 + Cash tips+ Service charges
