BKey Responsibilities
Prepare and process Running Account (RA) Bills and Final Bills for clients.
Verify work quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for work completion details.
Prepare and certify subcontractor/vendor bills.
Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
Track work progress and ensure timely submission of bills.
Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation reports.
Assist in preparing variation orders, extra item claims, and rate analysis.
Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill certification and payment follow-up.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project status.
Support estimation and project planning teams whenever required.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of RA Billing, Final Billing, BOQ, and Quantity Surveying
Experience in measurement verification and reconciliation.
Understanding of construction contracts and tender documents.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with ERP software (SAP, ERP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience
3–8 Years in Billing Engineering within the Construction Industry.
