We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to promote our educational courses, training programs, and certification programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, converting enquiries into admissions, and achieving monthly targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Promote educational courses, training programs, and certification programs.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and field visits.
Counsel students and specialists on courses, career opportunities, and fee structures.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.




Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain lead records, admission data, and daily reports.
Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and operations teams.
Support workshops, seminars, and college outreach activities.

Skills Required
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a sales mindset.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
