We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead the overall operations, academic delivery, and business performance of our learning centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, ensuring operational excellence, delivering an exceptional student experience, and leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth

Drive branch admissions, revenue, and student retention in line with business goals.

Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, school outreach programs, seminars, and promotional activities.

Ensure effective lead management, counselling, and conversion to achieve enrollment targets.
Branch Operations

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring seamless academic and administrative functioning.

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, operational processes, and quality standards.

Maintain branch infrastructure, safety, and overall operational readiness.
Academic Excellence & Student Experience

Collaborate with academic teams to ensure the timely delivery of learning programs.

Monitor student engagement and satisfaction while ensuring prompt resolution of parent and student concerns.





Drive initiatives to enhance the overall learning experience.
Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop branch teams, including counselors, administrative staff, and faculty.

Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Reporting & Performance Management

Track and analyze key business metrics, including admissions, revenue, student retention, and operational performance.

Prepare and share periodic MIS reports and business updates with regional leadership.

Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

4–8 years of experience in Branch Management, Center Management, Sales, Operations, or Business Development.

Prior experience in the Education, EdTech, Training, Retail, or Service industry is preferred.

Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to drive business growth while managing cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and performance reporting.
