Role Description The Business Development Associate (fresher) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify potential clients, support lead generation activities, and assist in presenting The Website Makers’ services and solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, maintaining communication with prospects, and coordinating with the internal team to follow up on business opportunities.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies, and supporting the business development team in meeting growth targets.

Qualifications
Solid communication skills to engage with clients, explain services clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
Ability to conduct basic market research and support lead generation activities in the web design and digital solutions space.
Effective presentation skills, including creating and delivering professional presentations to prospective clients.
Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, or IT services is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools for documentation, presentations, and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage time and tasks independently under guidance.
