We are a quick-growing product-based IT software company focused on delivering innovative software solutions to businesses. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who is passionate about sales, business growth, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales.
Understand client requirements and present the company's software products effectively.
Conduct product presentations and demos for clients whenever required.
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records.
Contribute actively to the company's revenue and business growth.

Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in IT Software Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




Valuable understanding of software products and the IT industry.
Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
Ability to conduct product demos confidently.
Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible.
Smart worker with a proactive approach and a positive attitude.
Passion to learn, grow, and achieve exceptional results.
Experience working in a product-based software company is preferred.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
