Industry: Wheat Flour Mill / FMCG Manufacturing Qualification: Any Graduate Gender: Male / Female Experience: Minimum 1–5 Years as a Billing executive Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations, invoice generation, and customer coordination for our wheat flour milling business. The candidate should have experience in Tally, ERP, or SAP systems and possess robust communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time. Prepare sales bills, delivery challans, e-way bills, and related documentation. Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Coordinate with sales, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing. Verify pricing, quantities, discounts, and tax calculations before invoice generation. Update billing information in Tally, ERP, or SAP systems.





Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies. Track pending invoices and coordinate with customers when required. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports. Ensure compliance with GST and company billing procedures.

Support accounts and administrative activities as required.

Candidate Profile Any

Degree. 1–5 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts support. Working knowledge of Tally, ERP, or SAP is mandatory. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Ability to work accurately under deadlines.
