Job Summary :We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager / AGM / DGM to drive business growth and expand market presence in the EPC, Building, Infrastructure, Transportation, Urban Development, and Engineering Consulting sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, managing key accounts, and supporting the acquisition of high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue opportunities in EPC, infrastructure, highways, buildings, smart cities, railways, water, and urban development projects. • Build and maintain solid relationships with government agencies, private developers, consultants,



contractors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor upcoming tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and project opportunities.
Lead client engagement activities, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with bid management, technical, estimation, and project teams for proposal preparation and submissions.

•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth prospects.
Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Support contract negotiations and project acquisition activities.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Achieve annual business targets and contribute to organizational growth initiatives.
