We are seeking a agile and highly motivated Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive based in India to drive our growth in the Singapore market. In this hybrid role, you will be the engine behind our lead generation and brand awareness. You will blend strategic B2B outreach with hands-on digital marketing and content creation to promote our core verticals: Accounting Services, ERP & Data Analytics, and Enterprise Software.

Location: Coimbatore (Preferred). Candidates from other locations will also be considered.

Experience: 1–4 years

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation (Singapore Market)

Conduct targeted market research to identify potential B2B clients in Singapore within the accounting, ERP, and enterprise software sectors.

Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and email campaigns.

Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and set up discovery meetings for the sales team.

Maintain and update the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) with accurate lead data, pipeline progress, and client communication.





Develop a deep understanding of the Singapore business landscape to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

Strategy & SEO: Develop and implement digital engagement strategies. Optimize SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic for our core B2B verticals.

Ad Management: Plan, create, and launch targeted B2B advertisements for brand awareness and lead generation (focusing heavily on LinkedIn and Google).

Web & Email: Design, maintain, and manage website content. Manage email marketing campaigns and nurturing sequences via Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Active Campaign.

Social media: Monitor, schedule, and enhance social media presence using Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

Soft Skills

Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (essential for international outreach).
Self-starter mentality with the discipline to work remotely and effectively manage time zones (India to Singapore).
