About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive international sales by promoting business training programs and conferences to clients across global markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify current business opportunities through outbound calling.
Promote business conferences, training programs, and professional events to international clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and event participation.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Confidence in handling international clients over calls.
Target-driven with solid negotiation and persuasion skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
